Jörg Pikolin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry. Throughout his career within the Lufthansa Group, he held a succession of senior management roles spanning from Corporate Strategy to Product Management & Consulting at Lufthansa Systems. Following his responsibility for Operational & Environmental Efficiency, he most recently led Lufthansa Group’s Air Traffic Management Development Department, along with holding several positions on European and international ATM-related boards and bodies. 

Alongside his management career, Jörg is an accomplished pilot, with over twenty years of service as a Captain on the A320 family. He holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Fern Universität Hagen.
